Delete your account & data

Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Sign in at botanexa.com/login (use the same Google or Facebook button you signed up with).
• Open My Account → Profile & security.
• Under “Delete my account”, confirm and click Delete my account. If you signed up with Google or Facebook and never set a password, first use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page to set one.
• Your account is closed straight away, active subscriptions are cancelled and your personal details are removed.

Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What we keep

Order and payment records that the law requires us to keep for tax and fraud prevention are kept with your name and contact details removed. Nothing else is kept.

Facebook and Google sign-in

Deleting your Botanexa account removes the data we received from Facebook or Google (your name, email address and account ID). To also remove Botanexa from your Facebook or Google account, go to their settings → Apps and websites → Botanexa → Remove.

Download your data first

In My Account → Profile & security you can download a copy of everything we hold about you before deleting it.
